The LT4 Hotcam is the same 0.050 duration as the XM270HR and less lift. The GM cam was ~$550 last I checked.

EDIT-Actually just looked up the GM LT4 Hotcam, it is $564.11.

LT4 Hotcam and similar work very well with the 4.3 W S10 converter.

Elgin has the same specs as the LT4 for like $365…

For about $280, Summit's offering a nice, four-stage selection of step-nose USA billet steel roller cams

you'll be hard pressed to get USA billet steel from the big names at anywhere near that price point; most others are on a cast iron core near that price point.

So the stock vortec intake works with these heads?

I was looking at this during my cam upgrade. They appear to be drilled for both patterns. Not sure about the port alignment. Summit sells the same head under their own brand.
