The fuel injector at Oreilley’s is an SMP and a good choice. The Acdelco is available on Amazon, but at a horrific price.

For whatever reason, it’s again available on GM parts sellers, but for anywhere between $500.00-800.00.

If that fitting or booster hose was bad it can make it run rough.

Yeah, it's not just rough though, it's very solid miss fire on a pair of cylinders, iirc, it was cyl 4 and 6, even after doing plugs, wires, cap, and rotor (those all did not have many miles on them, and looked fine, but replaced anyways, just in case). Which, is probably then the injector spider. But I want to fix other things before I tear into the intake to replace that, just in case it is *just* from this vacuum leak.

Hopefully the booster itself is not bad, they do commonly fail, but not to bad to replace.
