I happened to be looking at the LMC Truck catalog today and they had the AIR hoses, check valves and oem exhaust manifolds. I didn't look for the actuator or the pump but they might have those too.

I got a pump from O'Reilly's 6 months ago. They're all made by Cardone so get yours from whoever has the best price.
