95-98 leather 60/40 seat cover

Just bought a 96 Chevy K1500 tonight with the 60/40 split bench seat, leather. It's ripped in the usual spot where you hop out. Are these seat bottom covers easy to remove and slap a new seat cover on?

Installation is straight-forward, check YouTube videos for The Seat Shop.

At a glance, there are probably better quality versions available. The better ones that match the factory cover are slightly pleated in the center portions, check that Seat Shop site as they tend to offer them. I’d suggest replacing the foam cushion as well since the cover can slide and wear quicker if the underlying structure is weak.
