what do the front wheels look like are they regular wheels or dually wheels? reason I ask id because there is a guy here with a c1500 that he put an 8lug dually rear end and bed on. its a pretty trippy sight the first time you see it then you're like..... oh I see what you did there

the front end looks exactly like your standard k1500 front end six lug 5.5 bolt pattern. and correction i meant to write K3500 not C3500. and the rear is dually eight lug.

Hey Dean can you get a pic of that truck? Might give me an idea as to how my 3500 would look like converted to dually rear with standard front.

as someone previously mentioned, it sounds to me like someone swapped a d70 in the rear. I'm not familiar with any Chevy that rolled off the line with x2 different lug patterns for the same truck.
