Then pulling the tank to clean it out.
Tank was full of crap. Guess a new tank is in order. With some info from @someotherguy. I figured what tank I needed

C&Cs have different Fram dimensions and tanks to accommodate the narrow frame.

Attempted to.fix the heater hose connector , but forgot to get a tap at the store.

Next up while I wait on parts and tools, guess I'll start on cab corners.

I've seen a few 400's with them as well. And I'd be lying if I said I didn't look up what's available in my area and what they are going for. But I'm glad I'm sticking with my original "vision" for my truck. But "one day" I'll have a service body rig....no practical reason for one, but just because.
I don't thunk.i got hurt buying this on for 200$
