4l60e reverse boost valve

Ok not a tranny guy but its time to learn ! so... 94 4l60e reverse boost valve Is it hard to replace ? ,and where the hell can i find one ? All i can find is ebay but not paying 40$ shipping to canada for someone elses truck .

I see different sizes , Brands ect .. whats stock/good ? Its going in a stock tranny so should a bigger ,better one go in place or just stock replacement ?
