Sorry, can't help with 5.7 trucks.

I think another member on here told me to e-mail Lextech directly,

I didn't realize the 96-97 PCM was different? Does it say it in the thread dedicated to the 411 swap?

The 96-97 ecms have 5 plugins, whereas the 98-00 ecms have 4.

Lol GUYS!
Lex specifically asks NOT to share his sheets!

Did you get his email?
I usually get a response within a day if emailed direct

Not sure how old the ones recently sent are but he has some relatively recent updates...

For the record, when I did mine I had a TERRIBLE time finding someone who understood how to do the crank relearn

Did you do front and rear gears?

Sent from my LG-H820PR using Tapatalk

Mine is just a 2wd, so just the rear. My pinion and carrier bearings were starting to sing loundly (raspy scrapy sounds) so while replacing the bearings I swapped in a 4.11 and an Eaton Truetrac. Best mod I've ever done. If it had been a 4wd, I probably would have stayed with the 3.42 it came with just because of the double work/double expense.
