4.56 or 4.88 on a TBI blazer with 33's, maybe 35's in the future?

I ended up with the wrong governor in my rebuilt 700R4 and it'd WOT upshift at 3600. Hand shifting I don't think I went past 4200, thing was just done. All that said, they still made more power stock than the smogged out motors they replaced.
Man you've got that right. Those Gen 1 350's of 1986 were terrible!!! Something like 165 horsepower??? Total faceplant in terms of any kind of power.

I bought this TCI kit and got mine shifting @ ~5000 after I added some go fast parts - just needed one lighter weight. It liked it a lot better!

My F250 had 185hp out of 351 cubic inches. I replaced it with a smaller 306 with modern tech that dyno'd at 377

sounds like too much gear for 33's and no towing, guess my opinion is minority.

i see now may get 35's in future ... idk might be apples to oranges but i have metric 35's and installed 4.30, then later on went to 4.11 (originally 3.43) on 5.3 gmt800 and 4.11 was the sweet spot for me. im right around 2000rpm at 70mph.

What does this do different than the other calculators posted, and how does it help when I've already said I've used them?
