4.3l - 5.7l Swap. Will my 4L60E match up?

Hey I'm new here. I would like to start by saying I have a 94 GMC shortbed standard cab Z71.... But with the V6. I have an old 74 350 Chevy that I've built up and I want to put it in the truck. So I'm looking for some advice. First off, will the motor bolt up to my existing tranny, 4L60E? Second, is the tranny computer or vacuum controlled for this year? Third and final, will this tranny and transfer case hold up to 400 hp? If not what are your recommendations? Any other things I might need to know?
