Does anyone know of any headers that will fit a 1992 k1500 after I swap out the 350 for a Gen VI 454? Preferably long tubes, but after searching for 2 straight weeks, I don't think that's even an option anymore. I really don't want block huggers or shorty's, but at this point, i'm willing to throw just about anything besides a factory manifold on it. It just doesn't make sense to build an engine with 650 horsepower, only to choke it out with factory exhaust. I added a couple of pictures to give an idea of what i'm working with as far as where the headers sat on the 350, and those were already a tight squeeze

Perhaps a moderator will move this to the Exhaust sub-forum, where it will be one of many threads asking for headers on a big-block K-truck.

I don't think they currently exist.

Buddy of mine has a '97 K2500 similar to mine, but with long-tube headers from Gale Banks (Discontinued) and full custom exhaust. Engine is otherwise stock. He said that replacing the stock muffler with twin aftermarket mufflers made MORE difference than the headers. But that might not be true on an engine with 650 HP.

I've already got 3" true dual exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers, but I came across these last night and according to Summit, they say they'll fit a 92 K2500 or 3500. So i'm gonna order em and hope for the best. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-69390
