This is going to be a slow project, nothing crazy going to happen to it until it is making me some money!

-2002 Freightliner Classic XL
-C12 Cat - 430hp
-Eaton Fuller 13 Speed Transmission
-3.42 rear gears
-Way too many miles

Only thing I have done so far is polish a little and put a drop visor on.

Beautiful! Beats the hell out of all the Classic XL's I've seen! Can't rag on 'em too much, my grandfather drives one back in Iowa. What all do you haul?

Where is your grandfather from? I'm in Iowa also! As of right now I do not haul anything because I am still setting everything up to start driving. I plan on hauling out of a scrap yard once I start driving.

He lives in Adel, like 10 minutes from West Des Moines,

That is pretty far from me. I am about 30 min west of Dubuque.
I always thought the Classic XL was one of the best looking trucks.
My dad's last XL was an 84" double bunk. Really nice truck.
Thanks! They are never priced too terribly bad. I think I did pretty good, I got it for $25,000, and I have all the paperwork on a rebuild that was done on the motor.

Thanks guys!

Figured I would post pics under the hood. Only have a little room to work around the motor! Haha.

I know my frame needs to be painted. That is on my long to do list.
