Did 4 new shocks today . Had the left rear blow out the other day . And once the old originalunits off the front were sticky and hanging up . So i got 4 new monroe shocks from rockauto delivered today.

Old bald and rusty . . . Now clean / new/ fresh tires .

Brake condition . Frt almost new rotors / cheep pads / LF caliper reman unit . Rear rotors DEAD & pads DEAD .

Also lugnut plate clean up and paint .

Blasted and painted the rear hubs . Even did the lugnuts . Also my new 2 sets of wagner SEVERE DUTY brake pads .

New rear rotors installed and new wheel seals .

Diff cover was rusty so new stocker from dana with new bolts included.

Hubs & rotors installed but ran in to a problem . Needed new caliper wedges and springs .

Got a new aftermarket replacement plate holder to fix the dead one . Then i added a lower bumper airdam for a much cleaner look .

Got more to do but that enough for today . I have a pile of maintenance parts to swap in along with the bed . So stay tunned for more of the story .

no pics today but cut off the old swaybar end links and installed new pair on the front .

truck rides better with 4 new shocks my self and my worker buddy even noticed it today already .

got the last 4 mounts cut off the new bed tonight and layed out the new rail spots to grind paint off in prep for set down and weld in place real soon .

I love a good HD build! Can't wait to see more on this truck, if I could ever have an HD, this would be the exact truck!
