no pics today but cut off the old swaybar end links and installed new pair on the front .

Those stupid things always seem to rust place.

got the last 4 mounts cut off the new bed tonight and layed out the new rain spots to grind paint off in prep for set down and weld in place real soon .

Rain spots? Why weld the bed on? I would think that would just make it even hard to work on, if the bed needed to come off for any reason. I always thought big u-bolts was the standard way?

oooooo . the new RAIL spots . . . .

and its a DUMP flatbed . . . needs to be welded to the rails for the dump frame work .

i did finish out the bed prep work tonight for the new bed . its ready i just need to cut off a LOT of welds from the old one and then set it on in place and square it up and burn it . maybe sunday ? ? will see how work load goes . season is closing in fast on us and blacktop sealer season is closing in to a end here real soon so with all the rail we got this year its a cram session these days to get them all in .

Got fedup with the old bed today and missing my shop 2post lift .

Had to change out the 2 rear dump hinges . . They were broken and fuzed solid and had broken there welds and LR broke the pin .

But its on and wired up . Need to add my NAPA mud flaps and a few more mods and add-ons for the head board .

Added a pair of LED backup lights the same as in the rear to the sides .

Worth it 1,000x over for the function in the end .
