1994 power mirrors not working

I have a 1994 Full size blazer k1500 and I don't have any power going to the power mirrors. I have power going to the windows and locks. The dome lights, headlights, hood bulb, cigarette lighter, power seats , all of that works. The ground wire going to the mirror switch works but not the orange wire. I traced it down to the kick panel and still no power. I can't seem to find the c246 connect.

Edit- I have located the fuse providing power to the power mirrors 1994 Blazer k1500. The location should be the same for 1992-1994. The wire was above the convenience center. The convenience center is located near the firewall close to the brake pedal.
