1994 4l60E to NV4500 Swap Help???

I have questions regarding what exactly has to be done with the wiring and or ecm/pcm module when converting a auto truck to a manual transmission?

Does the Auto ECM/PCM Even have to be changed out ?

If so, Do you have to change the whole wiring harness ?

Can the existing Auto ECM be converted to a manual ecm ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
