Thanks Man!
Well see, got to say I'm a little nervous about the trans. The guy I got this truck from claimed the engine was built as well but It was SBE when Mayhem got it pulled a part.

I have small street build going on as well, and I was originally going to use the 4l80e. This is what I can tell you. If it has a trans brake, then it is more them likely built for 800+hp. The trans brake parts alone are $700 and takes lots of grinding and customizing to install. SOOO, if they took the time to do that, then you can probably assume its built fairly well! IMO

Good Luck on the build man!

I was thinking the same thing when I bought it. When it comes to buying stuff like this second hand, never really know what you got until you start pulling it apart. I bought this truck with a valve train tick hoping I could slap some new springs in it and be ready to roll. New springs fixed the tick but once we got the truck up to operating temp it developed a knock.........broke her down turns out it had 3 damaged rods and damage to the crank :(.

So I said **** it, lets make sure that doesn't happen again lol.

Thank you sir!
Ya, you never know where someone drew that financial line or ran out of money. From the looks of the build, and the choice parts, I bet your pretty safe for what you're trying to do....

Once I get my truck back I'm going to have it painted. Need Some opinions on color.

My top choices right now are Gloss Black, Frost white or Cobalt Blue.

Let me know what you guys think.

I've really had my eye on a cobalt blue.
