Was cleaning the heads and turned around to get a towel and laughed when i saw the turbo was about the size of this large drink and WD40 bottle.

Wrapped the down pipe years ago so before long ill have to take all that mess off and wrap it again.
And ill eventually pull the turbo manifold off and wrap it along with the crossover pipe. Just gotta get it going to check everything out and i can go back and do a little at a time to redo stuff.

These little guys took me awhile to find!
They are the seals for the Steam Vents on the head, and i didnt have a clue what their technical name was.

Not a single factory wire left on the truck so i bought a bunch of rolls of good wire and starting over on it.
Using Blue Sea Switch panels and rockers off amazon. Everything is ran to a relay so i went cheap on the switches.
Blue Sea makes some good stuff. Its all Marine Grade so its stainless and holds up great.
Metripak 150 connectors makes connections a little time consuming at first but sure is nice when its time to disconnect to remove something.

Even made a wire dolly so i can just set it up and pull what i need.
Decided to mount the relays and fuse block on the same plate and mount it on the firewall or trans tunnel.

Forgot some pics so ill just throw them here out of order.

Mounted a TruCool40K under the bed to see if it works. There isn't much room between the condenser and grill on these trucks.

I test fit a seat to make sure my brackets were going to work out. And painted them flat black :D

Trying to make a shifter and it might actually work.

Should i leave the center console cardboard? haha
once i figure out what i like the best ill draw it up and start cutting it out of alum.
