body looked solid in the pics
Negative...floor pan was rusted through. You can see rust in passenger side pic of door open. It was done. Guy bought it from NY..shipped it to Missouri. Spun a bearing. Motor swapped it. Then injection went wonky..carbed it, then trans wouldn’t work right..so he parted it.

gotcha, I saw the rust on the drivers floor, just looked like scale, but not through. the additional pics you added from the ad, I could not blow up, but I did see the rust on the rf inner rocker/sill area, looked solid in my pic.

In addition to or instead of pulling the DRL fuse, you can also remove the bulb that lights up the DRL indicator from the cluster.

There are several ways to disable the DRL lights (fuse, 1 click of ebrake, remove the diode box under the dash, and remove the gauge cluster bulb).

The DRL off switch killed both the DRL and the radio. But that’s not the primary focus of this thread.

I'm not used to your posting system so the intent was for one copy but I guess I kept hitting the upload button as the pic dint pop up fast enough for me. Yes I will post the rest of that info for the 1999 Tahoes.

Pis are my 1999 Z56 POD Package Tahoe. Exterior pic is from 2016 before going into storage for the Winter and the interior is from when I bouight it in 1999..
