    i'd recommend putting a grooved or textured liner in there, my sonoma came with a cubby like that and anything lighter than a phone would go rolling out in a hard stop put a corrugated paper liner in it i bought from buchheits, fixed that issue real quick

    i've actually pinpointed the leak coming from the quick connect, it seems to have been running from the connection down between the valve cover and intake manifold and off the rear of the engine block, and thank god it's that too because it just made my life 100000% easier i've already changed...

    my exhaust diameter is somewhere between 2 and 3 inches (that's just a guess, i am not at my truck right now so i cannot measure it). and as for the cheap cats not passing, oof. 450 bucks, that's a tad overbudget for me unfortunately. also my truck is a c1500, but parts for a k1500 should (?)...
