    New to d44's couple questions

    So im collecting parts for my sas, i have a dana 44 hp out of a 79 ford, but it is 8 lug, i know it cn be converted to 6 lug but unshure wht parts have to be changed.. Also how do i remove the steering arm? I have the nuts off but it wont come off Tanks in advance guys!

    Truck wont start anymore....

    So i stared haveing a issue starting like it would only start when it wanted to , it started getting worse and worse and naw wont start at all, checked and im not getting spark.., I changed plugs wire cap and rotor and still nothing, new crank pisition sencer still nothing... Im at a loss...

    i have a 98 k 1500 with a 6"rcx , 3" body lift on 35's, im looking at buying the same truck but 2500 diesel, would i be aible to switch the lift over to the new truck?

    How do i reset the sucurity?

    I changed the steering colom in my truck (98 silverado) and i havent been aible to get it to start since, last night i found out that i set off the factory security, how do i reset this? Im shure somone on here must know how... Kinda desperate and dont want to tow it to the dealer, thanks guys

    k, so i have a 98 chevy silverado , i just did a cab swap to a 97 cab, and naw i canot get the truck to start, the truck fires but then dies, and the oil pressure guage reads maxx , befor i parked it to do the swap it ran great, on the 98 headlight harness where it meets the cab there is...

    got a color matched grill today:)

    someone was throwing it out at a house i worked at !, same color as my truck and its in mint shape!, but before i put it in i need to find a grill insert for it, id like something black, trying to get away from chrome, do you guys know of any nice ones? i couldent find anything really on ebay...

    i did a 14bl sf swap, and i put new break lines everything new and after bleeding and adjusting the drums i still cant get a firm pedal... could it be he gave me the wrong wheel cylinders but they fit ?

    newbie question

    im starting to rebuild a 350 vortec for my truck, can i sand blast, or bead blast my intake manifold to make it look new again? i woulld think that bead blasting with the glass beads would be fine if i keep away from where the gasket seats?

    body lift help please!!:(

    im putting a 3"body lift on my 98 z71, i lifted the cab no problems, but when i do the bed the body lines are like 1" higher than the cab... what did i do wrong? all the body mounts are the same size... im stumped, any help would be awesome thanks guys

    hey guys im new to the forum!, ive had my 98 ex cab for 8 months naw, im currently in the process of lifting it! ordering the rough country 6" and there 3" body lift verry soon! as soon as i find out how to post picks il put a coupls up!
