tuneing out rear o2 sensor?

i read somewear that somone tuned out there after cat o2 sensor? how is this done? i was thinking about removing my cat and it would save me from an engine code

Yes you can either send off your computer and have it done by a tuner, like Blackbear, Nelson, Texas Speed, etc. or get a program like EFI live and then you can do it yourself.
