I’ve got a 2 door extended cab, nice leather seats with rear egress is hard to find. That looks like a z71 limited seat color?

I think @fancyTBI is looking for those lumbar compressors though

I don’t even need “nice with egress” I just need not broken frame with chunks missing so I can get them both redone matching. I doubt I’ll ever put people back there, but dogs and guns will be easier to get in and out with the egress.

I got the new handle and old lock in the passenger door! Now I’m just waiting on some crutchfield speakers and a bit more dynamatt before I put this door together and move onto the driver side. Besides struggling on the handle I have to say I think these door panels are some of the easiest and most forgiving to remove. I didn’t break any 28yo clips which is mind blowing to me.

Yes I've been into the front passenger side door on my crew cab a few times; first person in there since it was assembled in September '96! I have a set of small plastic pry bars(from harbor freight) and some small steel ones I use too. My big Vaughan SuperBar is great for the leverage it offers, but it gets hung up on the dashboard if I use it on the front of the panel.
Point being, careful use of the proper tools is how you get these old trucks' plastic parts apart without damage(or much damage). I agree that, once you figure out how to take these doors apart, it's not too difficult, and that says to me that they were well designed and engineered to begin with! The way parts slide into slots and have locating pins and tabs, reminds me of a Snap Tite Revell model kit....

I just noticed my driver side handle is cracked so I’ll be replacing soon. Never done one of these. I saw one video where the door was literally taken completely apart, glass released…
Then I saw this video, I will at least try this first.

Good to see there may be an easier way to do this. Burb's front pass. door handle has been broken on one corner for years. Still opens the door fine though!

drivers outside door handle on our K-3500 is kind of broke it works fine but when you pull the key pull the key out from unlocking or locking it the handle dose pull a part in that spot where the hole is for the lock sadly I do not think it will be fixed till the handle is fully broke not my call to make when some thing gets fixed
