Ok I only asking because your pic shows a close up to your rear sway bar. I know you have a lift and just got done looking at your stabilizer. My question is this. Have you extended your rear sway bar links?. I can't remember my original set up, because its been so long, but I want to say it's supposed to be leveled or have a slight pitch. After my lift the sway bar was way off. And I ended up buying dakota sway bar links for the rear and k1500 sway bar links for the front. I got them more leveled then what rough country half ass. Also as an fyi I believe rc does offer extended links. I found out after the fact of course. Not that you'll need it, just giving you, info I overlooked over the years.
I never did anything with the sway on the front for rear of this or my 97 pickup that’s lifted .. I’ll look into that theory .. RC offers decent bolt i
Ons and good spindles but they are far from the choir when it comes to fine print detail on lifts or having side notes on installs .
Maybe bds would have some insight .

Well ,what You want? . I don't need 30k lumen to get me out if the driveway in reverse. More worried about where I'm going than where I been
Ok clearly your an opposition stand point and it’s useless to even worry about what I did from your end .
It’s not that deep … Others I’m sure appreciate I did something on my own end and tried to offer some support, instead of asking questions like I usually do.
Appreciate your advice ! Not ~

Not hardly. If you are looking for rear lighting , much can be gained from a non bumper mount location but you have yourself locked in a box and can hear nothing else.

Why should I do what you would do tell me that , is it your truck ? Is it your money , you jumped on board and negatized my post , then I had to explain to you how ass backwards your theory is about me hurting feelings of neighborless neighbors , Had I put kc flood lights off my rooftop then we’d have a conversation.. that everyone could laugh at … you could have just kept it zipped tbh. It doesn’t matter at this point you’re a **** starter one of many. And I’m a spaz .. Cheers

Here's what I referring to, ignore the dry rotting bushing
Weird, I was always under the assumption up front the stock
Here's what I referring to, ignore the dry rotting bushing
I looked at my rear sway and did some measuring’ my center to center is 4.5” prob a stock link !! I’m guessing. So what are yours at center to center . You said you used dodge dakota rear sway links lol ? Or is Dakota a brand … What year of the are from a Dakota ?

What’s the center to center inches “ on this photo you posted I edited.

Here is my rear links 4.5” and you can see the angle it naturally pitches at . It’s about 1 inch above the diff cover drain plug .. look it over what do you suggest? It don’t seem to ride bad.

After realizing with tint and a lift and how sub par the reverse light output is on these trucks, regardless of the lens’s type , I thought I’d showcase a small project mod I did in a few hours. Here is a Led flush mount, Bumper install ! I trimmed an even portion of the bumper cover away with the template to give more bumper dimension to fit the lights properly..
All Wired direct to the reverse lights .
Yea it’s Been done a million times but figured I’d show a finished install of some sort . The output is pretty decent. For a 28$ bargain these tend to be the go to lights to use with a lot of good reviews for this type of install.
The output is much brighter than a photo allows . Nice mod for leaving down a dark driveway ~ leaving a restraunt or any other place . Yea may be laws blah blah a reverse light is only on for a few moments and usually in your own driveway.

I did the same thing to my '98 suburban. It makes backing up a lot easier especially with the tint on the rear windows. I picked my lights up from Amazon for around $20.00 if I remember correctly. They are 9 watt floods and well worth the effort to cut the bumber and install them.
