Seeing as you removed items that usually remain in place, I'm curious to learn about your suspension plans.
Everything gets bolted back together. The only thing that we are doing different is the rear shackle mounts. We are doing a shackle flip from Off Road Designs for the rear lift instead of using blocks.
When you see it you’re going to want to take yours apart and start over. Just kidding  .
You’re cover should be there Friday, I’ll get you tracking information tomorrow.

I'm curious as to what your neighbors think of all the work going on. I know in my town bylaw says only "basic maintenance" is allowed. When I was doing my drop last year I was a bit nervous about some Karen calling it in to the bylaw "cop". I had the garage door open for the front, but I'm sure I could have talked my way out of it and I did the rear with the door closed.

I really wanna paint it myself but they have a law against that as well....so I'm not sure how I could pull that off without raising suspicion. Definitely NOT doing some eco friendly water based paint! Lol

You are definitely a few steps beyond basic maintenance at this point!!! Lol
What are you talking about, I’m just changing the cabin air filter. It’s just a little hard to get to.

This is the first time I've heard of the kit. I read the product description on ORD's website. For those wanting 4" of lift, this sounds like a great option. I look forward to hearing your impressions about the ride quality.

The rubber cab mounts on my truck were trash, too. I would have preferred rubber mounts, but I could only find them through LMC. Based on the quality of the products I have previously ordered from LMC, I assumed the rubber mounts would be cheap, overseas garbage. Let us know otherwise. I ended up installing Energy Suspension cab mounts.
I got the cab mounts the other day and I have to say that they are better than I expected.

The metal washer/cups were out of stock when I ordered mine. Glad they had them for you. Antiseize is a must. As I’m sure you’re aware.

The cab mounts look pretty good. That's good to know. If I don't like the Energy Suspension mounts and I am unable to acquire NOS mounts, the LMC mounts will be my backup plan.

The front differential fought me until the bitter end. But I prevailed, at least until I put gear lube in it. If it leaks I’m going to upgrade it to a newer version with steel axle tube and better seals. But for now- F that thing.

After getting my butt whooped by the front diff, I didn’t have much to do since the frame and a bunch of other things are at the sandblaster, so I started taking my old 46mm throttle body apart to get the injectors out. I’m sending them to MRP fuel injection for a thorough cleaning.

The new setup will be:
50mm sbc throttle body.
Matched 5.7 injectors.
Adjustable regulator.
Injector pod spacer.
CFM Tech fuel gauge adapter with Summit 30# gauge.
CFM Tech phenolic spacer bored to 50mm.
Edelbrock TBI intake bored to 50mm.
