Yes it is pretty. Think they just got it recently because it has fresh plates on it. Would a 94 have had a third brake light? I think there's one back of the cab....have to look at it again LOL. It was gone over the holidays, but showed back up at the park a couple days ago. Nice to see older trucks still getting it done; most of my neighbors have new trucks to haul their trailers.

I believe by '94, the 400s had recieved all the external updates they were going to issue.

My 91 before it got totaled had a beautiful two tone blue with a blue and black pinstripe. It got sold at auction almost a year ago and supposedly has a rebuilt title and a new owner now. If anyone on here as any expertise in tracking down a vehicle’s owner, please let me know. I have the owners manual and stuff I’d like to give back to the new owners.

I wonder if the DMV could help with that?

My dad had two squares with this paint combo. One was an '84 Sierra I believe? The other was an '80 C10 that was lifted on 33s with heavy bumpers and an Olds 350. But it had been repainted Ford colors by the guy my dad got it from.

I think it's dark autumnwood and the light autumnwood/pewter (like my Burb's paint, Chevy called it pewter some years). Your Burb is the medium autumnwood, right? How's your Burb repairs coming? I HAVE to work on mine this weekend, can't put it off any longer.

Thanks for asking:) you know if this page is correct for all the colors in 98 then I believe mine is medium beige mystique metallic. Other wise color code u333d

Yes Chevy and GMC used different names for the same colors. Just like Mopar, if it's a Dodge muscle car, the purple metallic paint is called Plum Crazy. A Plymouth muscle car, same color, is In-Violet. I believe the pewter code is 11. Gotta get a can of touch up paint eventually, fix up chips and scars. One of the guys said recently that a Chevy is a labor of love. I think any older vehicles you like could be described that way....
That mention of "mystique " inthe name of the color, makes me wonder, does it have a bit of different colors in certain light? Kind of like the Chromalusion paint Dupont came out with a few years ago, that was the hot thing for custom cars, but hideously expensive......

As an owner. I can say yes. Keep an eye out. People on the junkyards love to list the color as grey or silver lol. When this truck is polished up. I've seen maroon, grey, copper, purple, brown, and tan. Just depends on light and time of day. That's why I love this color. The metallic is really pretty and awesome. As a kid my dad would show me whenever he would wash it.

My dad had an 84' Beauviile van with this same color combo too. I thought it was quite awful as a kid but it brings back some good memories now.
