Thanks MYT HI yes the 91 cluster is a direct swap and yes the plug is the same. You would have to just (re-pin) change 3 wires on the plug harness (the part that plugs into the cluster in the back) due to the fact that that the moonies don't have a tach. So moving the 3 wires or (re-pinning) the plug helps activate the tach on the 91 cluster and then the gauge will work properly. Just make sure you get a 91 cluster off the same type truck meaning if you have a 90 V8, auto trans, and or 4x4 then you will need one off a 91 with the same but has needles. Those 91 gauge clusters are getting harder to find due to fact that they were made for only one year towards the end of the year in 91 so good luck. Then they went to a different plug on the cluster in 92. I like the swap of the gauges it looks great in there with out the moonies. Lol!!

Yeah can't wait to do the TPI swap next!!!!

Update 1: is that I'm polishing up the intake to a mirror shine, and putting new injectors but weather has been cold here in Texas so it's got me on hold till it warms up again. But polishing this intake is a lot of work!!! LOL!! I'm also adding SLP runners in lew of the factory ones and mount it on a 1991 350 corvette block with L98 heads and speed pro pistons and a lunati cam and headers. Here's a pic with it all mounted before I dismantled for polishing the intake and all.

Been working a lot lately trying to get some of that expendable cash for the TPI build. Well got the fuel rails polished lot's of work sanding and polishing it, but I think they came out good. Also cleaned up some valve covers I had in the garage to kind of tie up the whole chrome polish look i'm going for on that engine.

Now to start sanding and polishing on the plenum and the SLP runners I think these are gonna look sweet when polished to a great shine!!!!
