If you go through enough OBS's you will eventually run across one. Problem is, you have to have a Vortec OBS :p Keef!

Get an ACDelco cap and rotor. Dollars to donuts that yours is cross firing between three and seven. These caps are notorious for that, especially non OE ones.

Per your advice I picked up a cap/rotor (ACD) I'm hoping this'll remedy my P0300!
I'll update tomorrow.

So have another question if anyone knows.. My truck has eaten 3 dizzy gears in 50k miles. Any ideas why

It sound's like you have an issue with the gear on the cam that the dist gear is driven off of. That is of course if you have the correct gear for a roller cam in the first place.

Yeah, sounds like a bad cam gear or cheap/incorrect gears on the distributors.
