FWIW, here are my eBay remanned 4 hole plug and plays going on next. Good price, just under $175 and got the FPR via Amazon. Went AC Delco:

Those are awfully spendy for what look to be 5.0 HO injectors. You can get the updated ones off of a 4.6 at a pull and pay CHEAP. 19# @ 39PSI

I have been wanting to do the 411 swap for a while as I am planning a remote turbo build later this year. I have just been happy with my black bear tune on the older PCM/ Blackbox but it does not have the control once you start looking for fuel trims and boost control parameters. Planning on a mild boost turbo system, max 7-8 psi boost.

I have an EFILive file you can start with if you like, I did the swap to both my trucks.

Now you tell me?! Haha- noted. Plug and play with the 4.6 units?

That would be great! Let me know what you would like for it.

FYI: PCM Calibrators no longer offer the plug and play harness for the 411 swap. Just emailed back but they can build a tune for you for the 411 PCM.

I believe so, they look just like the 42# GTP injectors I put in my trucks. Those were plug and play with a reflash. The blue ones off of a DOHC 4.6 are 24# at 39 psi.

You'll be plenty happy with 7-8 lbs imo, boost is awesome lol Did you already buy injectors from 5 0 motorsports then? If so can you return them? If you're going to do a turbo later I'd buy what you need now, no sense in replacing injectors twice imo. Also you're going to probably need to upgrade your fuel pump, but you probably already know that.

not yet but it appears to be some good options with the 4.6 mustang units. I want to get the 0411 going and start logging data and install a banks data monster and air mouse to get parameters and also dip into efi live.

Wal bro seems like best upgrade for fuel pump?

Those will be nice!

But yeah AFAIK walbro is the best option. I have one of the 255s in my truck, but I think I'm at about its limits. It might be worth looking into two, or stuffing a 450 in there.. I haven't decided which route I'll go yet.

Good to know! And you replaced just the in tank unit correct? Are you thinking about an electronic external in line unit as well?
