I need to locate a solid crossmember and winch for my truck so I can get the spare back under the bed.

Okay, slow updates due to a mixture of being lazy and busy at the same time.

Glass in the mirrors has been replaced on both sides, and I installed the new high output lights. Holy ****! I knew I should've done this sooner! I've still got a set of LED light pods to install on my bumper, so I'm hoping between the mirror lights, cargo lamp, and pods on the bumper I've have ample work lights facing the rear of the truck.

I did take the time to modify the mirror bases slightly to fix a couple of issues, I spaced out the driver's side window motor with a couple bolts and washers to get it to an angle where I can properly see, it worked great! I also went and added some wheel weights to the back side of the glass to reduce vibration. Boost Auto supplied an upgraded mirror spring which helped tremendously in conjuncture with the weights. I'm going go need to tighten the base of the mirrors to reduce the vibration more, but I'm starting to get on top of getting all the little issues ironed out of these mirrors!

Still need to install the new brake controller and still need to replace the alt/batt/battery cables; I was hoping to have a decent portion of that knocked out by now, but between injuring myself, prior commitments, and having to help around the house I just haven't had the time or motivation.

I don't know, I looked at the parts listing and I didn't see them offered individually. It may be something you'd have to select the option for when ordering something else.
Ah I see. Thanks.

Big 3 is almost complete; the groundstrap for the frame to firewall ground is broken, I still need to replace it and the motor to frame ground. And the alternator still has to go on.

You should think hard about covering that positive post/bolt. Otherwise nice.

I would really like to cover them both up but I can't find a rubber boot or something that would fit over it.
This was really a long overdue mod, that Intershit was filthy; now the starter kicks over so much faster.
It definitely needs some more idle tuning I think because it'll bog once it first fires, lug and chug for a second then settles to idling RPM.
