1990 suburban headers on 1996 k1500??

hey,
i am looking to buy used hedman longtube headers off of a 1990 5.7l tbi suburban. does anybody know if these will bolt up to my 1996 5.7l vortec k1500? i know i have to well in 02 bungs and all but just am curious if the fitment will be right..
