Tested my old wiper motor and the new one on the company truck (95 K2500) and they both work. Looks like I have some electrical gremlins to sort out.

Double checked and "Pin B" the black wire that is labeled ground does have 12v with the key on. I followed it back to the back of the engine block where it looks like it splices in with a bunch of other wires (S118 in diagram) and then goes to G106 labeled "engine ground." Any idea where this ground is supposed to be? I can't follow it the whole way in the main harness running behind the distributor because I just can't see good enough. Both of my ground on the tstat housing are good though.
