The big pain is getting the door apart. Getting the window channel in is easy. Buy all the parts your door needs before you start and refurbish it start to finish in one go.

Consider:
Outer door handle
Inner door handle
Lock cylinder
New latch (or clean and lube the existing latch)
Window regulator
Window motor
Window switches
Lock switches
Lock actuator
Window seal
Outer wiper seal
Inner wiper seal
Add/remove window tint
Straighten window lift channel
Mirror
Wiring harness repair

Buy a pack of these before you start.

Use something to lube the run channel while you slide the rubber in. And, understand that you have to disassemble the door down to an empty shell to install them.
