Basic plans are:
-Strip down to the frame and fix any rust before por-15ing the frame
-Freshen up the Inline 6 and give it a coat of Chevy Orange and hopefully some Clifford performance parts
-Repair what needs repairs
-Either keep the fleetside or put a new wood floor in the utility-side and paint the whole truck silver like it was factory
-Freshen up the interior and mount the old school midland CB I got on the shelf in it
-find more solid wheels and cleaner hubcaps

My dads truck when i was a kid was an 81 C20 with a 400 big block. he used it for the business to get the shipments from the city. he and my uncle towed an 86 C/K home from up north, and on a giant hill my dad was on the left, and my uncle on the right. my uncle being in a 77 C/K with a 350, bogging down and hardly getting up the hill. my dad towing the truck with the C20 passed him, and got up the hill first. that thing had a ton of power, i think it dyno'd at around 5 hundred something ft-lbs of torque. i loved that truck. he sold it to get a 400 though. not complaining cause its my truck now! nice lookin truck Bill.
