Wheel well woes

So does anybody have any ideas how to fix the wheel well rot. This is why I am against drop in bedliners.

Mines just starting too in the corners. drop in liners are fine If you take care of the truck and clean under them

The easiest, (and possibly cheapest) will be a new bed. That is if you can find a bed the same color in good shape.

Looks like Metal patch is about all you can do at this point. I had the same issue, but the lower mounting rails were rotted as well, so I just got a southern bed

I thought about fiber glass but I'm not sure it will hold up.

The only way to stop rust is to cut it out and replace with new metal. With the cost and labor involved, I'd find another bed.
