Do y’all know what kinda of plastic this guy is running on his fenders and side skirts? Is this OEM or not installable after?

I'm not sure what you mean by (side skirts), but those look like OEM flares and paint/bedliner.

I have the flairs on my truck. They only came on 8-lug trucks I believe.... well and the 5/10-lug 3500HD.
