That's insane. Superior Gear set costs a shop around a hundred bucks and it isn't more than 3 hours labor.

not to hijack your thread, but whats it usually cost to do just the front? 8.25 ifs labor only. and can you use different brands as long as they are the same ratio?

For wheeling, you want your front to be .01 lower in number(higher geared) than your rear to retain your steering in slick mud.
