Is there a solution to this problem without changing the entire window? The rubber is old and broken and when it rains or when the car is washed, water enters. I have this problem with the right and left rear windows.

Have you checked the service manual? There is a section for water / rain leaks, which probably address replacing window, door seals. I know it's there just haven't had to deal with it yet.

Unless you go to a window maker, I'm pretty sure that you have to replace the glass
