Mystery weatherstripping part - what is it?

There is some kind of weatherstripping or seal that sits between the windshield frame and the door. My driver's side has come loose and won't go back on fully due to the bottom part of it being broken, so it won't stay fixed within the channel. Does anyone know what part this is? I've searched the exploded diagrams and haven't seen it called out.
