95 Tahoe 5.7 TBI. Overnight it is hard to start, once running the brake, ABS and sometimes the CEL lamps will flicker like it has a short. The truck runs very rough and it seems to coincide with the lamps because I had no issues out of it before. Lamps all did their start up test fine. My money is on a short in the harness somewhere or a bad ground.

Anyone got any other ideas?

Where is the ground mounts inside the cab?

Here's a list of grounds I came across when I was tracking down my flickering dash lights issue:
G100 RH front of engine
G101 RH inner fender, near battery
G102 LH front top of engine (diesel)
G104 On LH radiator support
G105 RH inner fender, near battery
G106 Rear of RH cylinder head
G108 LH top front of engine
G109 (Gasoline) Top front center of engine (gas)
G109 (Diesel) Top RH rear of engine
G202 I/P harness, 15 cm from data link connector
G400 (Suburban) At RH C-pillar
G400 (Utility) At RH C-pillar
G403 At LH rear frame rail
G410 (w/ platform hitch) At LH side of hitch
G410 (w/o platform hitch) At LH rear frame rail
G450 Frame ground
G451 At platform hitch ground

BUT- I solved my flickering dash lights issue by tightening a loose ground point at the transmission dipstick tube bracket, (bolt @ RH top of bellhousing). I don't see that point on this list, so I have my doubts about whether this list is complete. Or maybe a previous owner relocated it (from G106, perhaps?) when they put the engine and transmission back in.
