what benefits of putting a chevy vortec 5.7 in a 1992 chevy truck ? and converting a vortec to tbi?

Well the vortec block has a roller cam and has the best flowing stock cylinder heads.

If your looking to use your tbi on the vortec motor, there isn't much to it and has been done by many. Just do a search and it will yield much results.

Not much. You cant use the heads unless you get a special intake
