Vibration at 50-60

I have a vibration at 50 - 60 that has developed. Since then I have had the rear end rebuild, new carrier bearing, new driveshaft spines and tubes, dropped front end and checked everything. Question : What moves in the front end on a 97 4x4 when it is in 2wd? On jack stands there is no vibration now in 2wd, but when I put it in 4wd I get the vibration. I took the whole front end apart and can't find any bearings with any play. Should I change the transfer case? I have 2014 factory take off wheels with new tires and the tires feel great. Any ideas?
