vent motor linkage/spring

i need the motor/ linkage/ spring and whatever is needed for the little motor or whatever it is that opens/closes the vents to direct air flow where you set it. its broken/missing the parts closest to your right foot above the trans hump, so moving the knob does nothing obviously haha. it blows air out all the vents no matter the setting. havent found anything available and the junkyards around here a stripped clean of gmt400s. its for a 97 k3500 with ac. any ideas/help? also when i do find parts, how much of a pain is it to replace?

I work at a chevy dealership. The linkage that is for the defroster control is pn 52487132 and would be $16.88 with the discount I give to GMT400 users (list is $25.52). The lever that controls all other HVAC modes is pn 52487131 and is $16.00 with the discount (list is #24.22). The actuator that operates these levers is pn 89078681 and would be $47.05 (list price is $81.12). PM me if you need any of these parts and I can get an order rolling for you.
