after having my p1-s/c upgraded I went with a 3.10 pulley and made 14 lbs. of boost @ 6000rpm...now I want to lower the max. rpms to 5100 to keep everything in one piece ... all the math done I have gone with a 2.65 pulley and had a couple extra idlers made to keep the wrap on the pulley tight...thinking it should bring me about 22 lbs. @ 5100 and will not be over spinning the supercharger...here's pics.

this is the 14# set up

Sweet! Nice setup and that should be nice having higher boost and knowing the engine will stay together longer. Will a cam changed be needed now to account for lower max RPM?

22 lbs? Wow! Haven't read your build for a while, but I'm sure that you have done some head & bolt upgrades, haven't you?

Al, everybody knows that you keep the stock stuff so that the compression can bleed off when it gets too high to avoid detonation!
