Unknown Noise

Hello guys so yesterday this sound started happening. It only occurs when I accelerate or slow down at a certain speed, when I’m on the highway I can’t hear anything only when I’m in neighborhood roads. It sounds as if the sound is coming from the back I’m not sure. Does anyone know a solution or has had the Sam problem let me know thank y’all.
