ok guys i'm going nuts here 98 k3500 6.5 diesel, i disconnected both the wiring to the front and rear lights so i know its not a short from the firewall to the lights, i replaced the neutral safety switch so its not that, i took out the shifter interlock so its not that solenoid, it only blows in park with ignition on, if i move the shifter back and forth a couple times the fuse can be replaced without blowing(lead me to think neutral safety but obviously wrong), i had the column apart and saw nothing out of the ordinary where anything could be shorting so now i am completely lost, i had the multifunction switch out but i think if i remember right it still had blown fuses
