Tuning questions

Im in the process of building a new engine for my c1500, just a high compression 355, and was wondering what my tuning options were with out doing the 411 computer swap. The only reason being because I flat out don't know how to haha help would be greatly appreciated!

It's been a while since I've followed gassers but they're broken the black box pcm for programming now? The black box was why most guys used to switch to the 411. That's why I did the 411 with my vortec headed TPI in my 89 (when I had it that is).

I though the black was very limited in what could be done, but things may have changed since I was last in it.....

Ive heard good things from fastchip but it is more money.I havent been around the "black box" that much so i couldnt tell you when they actually started tuning the black box.
