Looking for a train horn kit, which is the best?

This is what a "buddy" of mine did and is still trying to get me to go get some.

1: wear all black
2: find a parked train
3: climb on said train with tool to remove horns
4: remove horn
5: climb down
6: run like hell
7 buy compressor and some air hose and hook it up

And that is how you get the loudest train horns in town.

Hahaa that's how all my friends have gotten theirs.

I have thought about getting a set but i had a better idea..... Bull horns.
The only thing better then getting everyone's attention is telling them to "suck it" while going down the highway. That's what i want
