2nd horn location

I am working on installing the 2nd horn on my 98 c3500 7.4l. The service manual shows 2 mounting locations. One of them looks like it is using the same hardware as the head light, is that correct? Thanks.

It's on it's own bolt. Its inside the engine compartment between the battery and core support....assuming it dodnt get moved for 99.
