Tire rack or carrier

It's a swing out type, look at top of passenger side of bumper, there's a single-pinned hinged right there to swing it out, I can't see well enough to see what actually holds the rack from swinging out while driving, looks like a rebar hook behind bumper.

Too much. Its bad ass though. Just picked up a jerry can for it today. To hold it in the there is a hole for the pin to settle in. Carrier works great no complaints. Only complaints I have about TAG or KMA bumpers is the HORRIBLE quality of paint jobs. They need to come standard line x'd or something. Gonna have mine Line X'd ASAP.

That's good to know because I'm fruit to decide on a front bumper soon. TAG was one option. But the truck looks good bro!
